Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist at ATB Tamel S.A., you will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional support to our customers across a number of different channels, including Zoom, email, live chat, and phone
- Daily cooperation with international customers and Sales Entities with Wolong Group.
- Managing the whole process of order handling (inquiry, order, order confirmation. Invoices)
- Preparing export documents, like EUR1 Certificate, Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Commerce or Custom Agency.
- Identifying problems quickly and liaising with our engineering team to resolve customer issues
- Responding to customer complaints and escalating issues as required
- Understanding and sharing customer feedback and ideas with our product team
- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical/ industrial engineering or business administration.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Very good communication skills;
- Polish & English at the advanced level
- German – communicative level will be welcome
- High level of commitment, goal orientation and self-motivation.
